* Please note: Prices listed are for residential buildings. Additional charges will apply for properties used for commercial purpose (e.g., Airbnb, bed & breakfast, guest house, boarding house, hostel, etc.)
Pool and spa owners are required to obtain and lodge a compliance certificate for their safety barriers with their local council once every four years.
